Shah Rukh Khan on Mission: Library
Shah Rukh Khan is on a mission presently, Mission: Library. Not shooting for any film till at least the second half of 2008, the King Khan has embarked on an operation to create a huge library section within his villa, Mannat.

Our source close to the King Khan revealed, “Shah Rukh is an avid reader and already has a good collection of books. While their subjects vary from cinema to history, most of these comprise biographies of famous personalities. Now taking his passion a step ahead and passing on his favourite hobby to both his kids – Aryan and Suhana, he has decided to make a big library inside his house.” “It has been over a month since he has embarked on his Mission: Library of pondering, rejecting and deciding on the books he wants. He is even asking his close friends for suggestions and recommendations and many amongst them are doing the book hunting for him in various big books stores of Mumbai. SRK’s all time favourite book is - The Hitch-Hiker’s Guide To The Galaxy by Douglas Adams and he is ensuring that the collection comprises of a good mixture of both fiction as well as non-fiction apart from informative books. Aryan has already started showing interest in books that have begun assembling at Mannat as a part of the library collection and can be seen going through most of them when back from school,” adds the source. “It is not a hidden fact anymore that the reigning superstar has a habit of spending a lot of time in his huge bathroom after it was disclosed in his interview in Koffee With Karan. But, not many are aware that he always carries a lot of reading material along with him for company. Now with his upcoming library, he will have a better a place to spend his time with books,” quips another close pal of the Om Shanti Om star. ·
